Cindy Boulter BSc ERYT ACE Cindy is committed to being a life long student of yoga and is a seeker of knowledge with over years of experience in the fitness industry as an instructor and an international presenter and over years experience teaching yoga and training yoga teachers She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and has studied extensively with numerous teachers completing over hours of training including training in Yoga and Neuroscience with Dr Bo Forbes Yin Yoga and Meditation with Sarah Powers Anatomy and Fascia with Tom Myers Anatomy with Leslie Kaminoff and Amy Mathews as well as in depth trainings with Theresa Murphy Rolf Gates Ana Forrest Baron Baptiste and Shiva Rae Cindys seminars and workshops on making the most of life through communication yoga and fitness have been presented throughout Canada the US and Japan Locally she has assisted and taught classes at Kripalu for Bos sessions on Anxiety and Depression and she has taught years of hour Teacher Training Cindys classes are a blend of smooth flowing movement with strength and stillness each class being unique and designed to create a deeper understanding of ourselves and how we align in our bodies and in the world She believes in practicing with a sense of humor self-compassion and curiosity.
