I began practicing Yoga in with the encouragement of my daughter She inspired me to take the first step and begin my personal yoga journey Yoga has helped me regain the strength balance agility and endurance that had slowly waned over the years I was able to expand my yoga experience at Yoga on Chocolate and complete the hour teacher training offered there I also have training in Yin Yoga Restorative and Chair Yoga I enjoy sharing my enthusiasm and passion for yoga with others helping them to grow personally and expand their own yoga practice The benefits of yoga can be realized at any age Yoga is my guidebook into self-realization healthy diet and lifestyle choices constructive work and nurturing relationships I worked in human resources for a major retailer for years before retiring in I enjoy music gymnastics swimming diving skiing and spending time with my family.
