Cindy is a Registered Advanced Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance RYT- First introduced to yoga by a substitute gym teacher in elementary school she learned the basic asanas from Lilias Folan through her yoga classes on the local PBS station Years later Cindy fell in love with the beautiful energy she felt when practicing with others in a studio environment Her teaching focus is Hatha and Yin Yoga Cindy lives in Dublin Ohio She worked in Information Technology her entire career and is now retired She knows first-hand how important yoga and meditation are to the balance of a fast-paced work life She currently teaches virtual yoga classes and guided relaxation in the corporate environment Shes also available to teach private sessions cindyhurstdegoricia@gmailcom.
