Cindy feels like she has lived many different lives with the one constant thread being her yoga practice Practicing on and off since her teen years she proudly completed her RYT hour certified Vinyasa teacher training in Followed by her + hr in Cindy feels privileged to share her knowledge gained and lessons learned while guiding students Music is an important part of her practice Sometimes the music chooses the postures and sometimes the poses choose the song either way we all flow together! She continuously reminds herself that you can start over your day or your life at any time and when you are fortunate enough to start over on your yoga mat the possibilities are endless!.
