Claire started practicing Hatha yoga 19 years ago while rehabbing a torn ACL and it was “love at first asana.” Since then her yoga journey has moved through Bikram, Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative, and Kundalini practicing styles, and she loves it all!. Her love for yoga led her to become certified in Heated Power Flow 200RYT with Blue Sky Yoga in 2017, and Vinyasa Flow 300RYT with Louisiana Yoga and Paddle in 2018. Claire’s current practice and teaching focus on sustained attention on the breath/mindfulness, mobility, functional movement, and personal awareness of alignment/structure. Claire views yoga as a scientific system and philosophical way of life that can help everyone achieve physical, psychological, and emotional wellness. Yoga is accessible to everyone!
