Clare holds her MFA in Creative Writing and Master of Science in Education She is a graduate of the Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor Program at Kerala Ayurveda Academy Clare works full-time as an Associate Dean at Southern New Hampshire University where she also teaches She has been practicing and studying yoga since and completed her initial teacher training with Sue Elkind and Naime Jezzeny at DIG YOGA Clare loves to learn & continues to strive to deepen her practice and teaching She currently teaches private & small group classes at her home studio Having been a ballet dancer and teacher for many years Clares yoga classes share the joy of movement the power found in strong alignment of the body and the strength of allowing grace to be the support for ones yoga practice and life.
