I’m a Lover of Nature… A Believer in Connections… A Dedicated Yogi… I am Clarity Yoga I believe in Kindness; in being Mindful and I have faith in the inherent power of Community. Leading yoga classes for the past 20+ years has taught me that learning, growing and evolving informs this precious life. I believe that we are interconnected beings sharing this earthly experience. I believe by gathering together in sacred space, we create an atmosphere of community, shared intentions and a collective sense of awareness and well-being. I enjoy the creativity of sequencing, and my Hatha yoga classes include somatic movement, alignment based asana, flow, pranayama and meditation. I also offer Yin and Restorative poses as well as Yoga Nidra. I love bringing these elements together with a goal that students end their practice feeling enlivened in their bodies, peaceful in their minds and uplifted in their spirits. When we feel steeped in steadiness, balance, flexibility and strength, along with clarity, calm and peace of mind, we are better prepared to face the uncertainties of the world we live in.
