Clare has been a practitioner of yoga for over 22 years and a yoga teacher for 16 years with experience in Hatha, Bikram, Anusara, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Kid’s yoga and Pre and Post Natal yoga.
She studied Iyengar yoga intensively for over 4 years, attending the teacher training program at the Yoga Studio College of Alberta in 2005 (Certified). Clare holds certification through the Yoga Association of Alberta (YAA), Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher and a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT) with the Yoga Alliance. Clare specializes her teachings in prenatal yoga and women’s health. An avid anatomy enthusiast and compassionate advocate for women’s health, she travels across Canada as the Program Director and Facilitator for Mamata Yoga (www.mamatayoga.com), a Yoga Alliance Certified Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training. A mother of three, her greatest teachings in life have come from her imaginative and inspiring children. Clare has assisted and lead 200 hour Teacher Training courses with Yoga Alliance since 2007
