Clare has been teaching yoga for more than 6 years and practicing for over 15.
She took her first yoga class while studying acting at Vassar College and yoga has been a part of her physical practice ever since. Clare specializes in oncology yoga and is a y4c certified teacher since 2016 and MSKCC instructor since 2018. She works with both adult, teen, and pediatric cancer survivors in group classes and privately. Her goal is to offer a safe and creative space for students to develop body awareness and build strength both wintin and without.
