About
I was fortunate to complete my 200-hour yoga teacher training through Angali Yoga Teacher Training, in State College, Pennsylvania.
I have been practicing yoga since 2005, and starting teaching in 2010. I believe that it is a lifelong devotional practice as I explore all the limbs of yoga, and that the questions outweigh the physical poses. I teach an inclusive gentle hatha yoga practice based on Kripalu yoga, influenced by restorative and yin yoga. I also teach chair yoga. My intention is to offer yoga that is accessible and inviting to everyone who comes into my class. I invite students to modify and experience each pose for themselves, through the lens of their bodies and lived experiences. I believe that we have the wisdom to learn from the inside out, in our hearts, minds, and bodies, through the practice and experience of yoga. Namaste.
