About
Yoga for Compassionate Wisdom~ For me, Yoga is an act of reconciliation—a sacred bridge between our humanity and our inherent divinity.
My yoga has evolved beyond the pursuit of physical mastery; it is now a dedicated cultivation of awareness, a practice of radical forgiveness, and a steadying of the emotional landscape to reveal a persistent inner peace. I view yoga as a vehicle for the evolution of consciousness—a discipline that clarifies the mind, allowing for the creative resolution of life’s complexities and a meaningful contribution toward the collective advancement of our species. My path has been shaped by the privilege of direct lineage. A graduate of the Nosara Yoga Institute, I apprenticed under Don and Amba Stapleton, then continued my journey through a long-standing collaboration with Deva Parnell, founder of the Discovery Yoga Center. There, I transitioned from student to assistant and, eventually, to lead teacher trainer. Currently, I am dedicated to embodying the ancient teachings of Shiva Kriya Yoga - a timeless science of being that offers refined tools for self-knowledge and the realization of consciousness. In honor of the holistic depth of the Vedic tradition, I have spent years weaving the principles of Ayurveda into the fabric of my practice. I am currently deepening this synthesis through advanced studies at the Latin American Center for Vedic Studies, further refining my ability to bridge ancient wisdom with modern transformation. My offerings are an alchemy of Hatha Yoga, energetic anatomy, and contemplative philosophy. Whether guiding an active vinyasa flow or holding space for the quiet inquiries of Self-Awakening Yoga®, my intention remains the same: to weave interoceptive mindfulness with psycho-spiritual depth. In my current role, I serve as a co-teacher of the 200-hour Discovery Yoga® teacher training, where I also direct the Ayurveda Basics module as part of the advanced 300-hour program. Beyond the classroom, I act as a Yoga Guide, providing private mentoring sessions that integrate Yoga, Ayurveda, and Bach Flower remedies to support practitioners on their transformational journeys. My work is, ultimately, about holding space and modelling presence. I create a sanctuary where you are encouraged to hold yourself with enough compassion to know yourself more deeply.
