Colleen took her first yoga class in 2007 and has been dedicated to the practice ever since.

Almost immediately she began to notice an incredible physical and mental change—breathing better and being calmer too. While drawn to hot vinyasa flow with an upbeat playlist, she never met a yoga class she didn't like and appreciates that the world of yoga is vast—so much more than asana (postures). Colleen completed her 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program through Inner Bliss Yoga Studio in Cleveland, graduating in June 2014. Since then she has taught thousands of hours in studio (and out) and has continued her education by receiving certifications for Yoga Tune Up® and Connected Warriors. In 2021, she completed her 300-hr YTT with Lakshmi Rising School of Yoga (in Costa Rica!). Each and every day she strives to live a #yogalife—on and off the mat—and aims to inspire her students to do the same. Colleen believes that yoga is for everyone and that regardless of your current physical abilities, yoga will change your life.
