I first discovered yoga at 14 when I took a class with a friend.
I fell in love and have continued to develop and evolve my personal practice. I am a RYT 200. I am continuing to learn and apply the knowledge that I acquire every day into my classes which are currently via Zoom. Sometimes my various pets (dog(s), cat, occasional rabbit also join in the fun. I base my teachings on traditional Hatha Yoga and also incorporate Vinyasa through dynamic sequencing, verbal cues, and demonstrations tending to individual needs. I strive to provide a safe space for students to access the benefits of balancing physical, emotional, mental and energetic states.
