About
I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga House in 2022, where I studied asana, philosophy, anatomy, physiology, and teacher methodology.
To further deepen my understanding of yoga, I continued my education and earned an Associate of Science degree in Yoga Teacher Training from Pasadena City College in 2025.I have experience teaching yoga to diverse populations, including teenagers, postpartum mothers, and older adults with limited mobility. My teaching focuses on mindful movement, alignments, and building strength and balance suitable for every individual's needs.
