She did her 200 hour Hatha Yoga training at Sage Yoga School, with founder Sherri Youngblood in Little Rock, AR. She did her 300 hour training at Balance Yoga and Wellness with Courtney Butler-Robinson in Hot Springs, AR. She currently owns and operates Serenity Yoga in Russellville, AR.
