As a E-200-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance, I maintain that status through continuing education hours annually as well as having completed additional trainings in Chair Yoga, Gentle Senior Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Transcendental Meditation. and Ayurveda. As Vice President of Marketing for Hugger Mugger Yoga located in Salt Lake City, Utah I developed yoga products and an understanding of yoga-specific businesses and services. My teaching is a combination of traditional Western yoga which focuses primarily on the body and Eastern yoga which emphasizes devotion, purification, and meditation. I look forward to leading you to your next level.
