With over 20 years of practice, Constina is devoted to creating a safe space for people to feel centered and grounded on and off the mat.
She strives to be authentic in her words as well as her actions and encourages others to do the same. With an emphasis on aligning breath to movement her classes focus on embracing the authentic and true Self. Constina is passionate about the arts and social advocacy and often finds ways to interweave them into her yoga practice/teaching. After 25 years of calling Brooklyn NY home, she and her family relocated to Central America and now call Costa Rica their home away from home (for now).
