Who am I? I am a friend, sister, daughter, wife, grandmother.
I have a supportive husband, loving children and a brave/strong/amazing granddaughter. I love to plan/organize and help others on a daily basis. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, having completed my 200-hr yoga teacher training with Happy Jack Yoga University, a Registered Yoga School (RYS). How did I get here? I always felt a calling to become a yoga teacher, however it wasn't until 2022 when I finally answered the calling and registered with Happy Jack Yoga University (referral from my bestie). I always assumed I would go away and do some sort of yoga immersion at a retreat and then come back home. What I found instead was an amazing online program that allowed me to incorporate daily yoga practice into my existing schedule. I am so happy that I did that, and now I am ready to go forth and share my love for yoga with others. What can you expect from me? I will work with you 1-1 or in a group setting, allowing you to find your inner yogic strength and stillness. I will listen, I will modify practices as needed, and I will take feedback to become a more intuitive and thoughtful teacher. Where can you find me?
