“I hope to help empower other students the way my teachers empowered me" - Corine Lee Corine has always had a passion for teaching and helping others She holds a bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a minor in Sociology She spent several years as an early childhood educator before completing a hr Yoga Teacher Training at Boundless Yoga Studio in Stroudsburg PA Corine brings her compassion experience and knowledge to share in practice with you As a student and teacher Corine has explored various styles of yoga She began with a therapeutic focus on emotional regulation stress management and pain reduction Through her practice with pranayama yin-style stretch and slow yoga flows she was able to gain more confidence on and off the mat Most recently her practice has shifted to include gentle strengthening as she manages old injuries hyper-mobility and fibromyalgia symptoms Off the mat Corine enjoys spending time with her husband and -year-old daughter Her hobbies include cooking hiking camping listening to music and game nights!.
