I am an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher ERYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School RYS I am a heart-lead teacher who is inspired strongly by mantra and pranayam I teach with a focus on breath in order to guide students through a practice of self-awareness acknowledging the uniqueness of each and every body in each and every asana I have spent a lot of time working with expectant bodies-changing much from week to week aging bodies and bodies in chronic pain It has been through these classes and students that I have learned the true dance between strength and grace Being a Reflexologist RAC RCRT I have an exuberant love for setting foundations yet being a Birth Keeper Birth/Postpartum Doula has taught me that with foundations set one must surrender to Lila and the present moment in order to see the light in all I teach Gentle Hatha Hatha Flow Yin Prenatal Postnatal Mom and Baby and Yoga for those in their Golden Years! I am excited to be here and even more so that you are too!
