About Courtney: Practicing yoga since the young age of 12, Courtney decided to share the wealth of her practice with others and became certified in 2004 through Samadhi Center for Yoga in Denver, Colorado.
While flow-y and fun, her teaching style has a strong emphasis on alignment and meditation. Incorporating a seamless flow and constant breath work, she enables her students to enter a profound level of awareness and find the “work out” they desire in her classes. She teaches mixed level classes and offers modifications for both, the beginning yogi to the advanced pretzel. Courtney Willis is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
