I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of my yoga teacher training with Open Heart Teacher Training, a Registered Yoga School (RYS), in conjunction with Ignite Power Yoga of York, PA.
I currently teach Vinyasa Flow classes for all levels at several branch locations of the York YMCA, and Strength Yoga classes at the York JCC. I regularly substitute teach at Ignite Yoga of York. Certified for instruction in Aqua StandUp- Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga.
