I currently teach Vinyasa Flow classes for all levels at several branch locations of the York YMCA, and Strength Yoga classes at the York JCC. I regularly substitute teach at Ignite Yoga of York. Certified for instruction in Aqua StandUp- Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga.
