Im Elaine Johnson a RYT yoga teacher and Ayurvedic Doctor My journey started with my former career of years as a Critical Care Paramedic where I was introduced to holistic and natural health while working in very remote areas of the world and stumbled upon Ayurveda and subsequently Yoga Little did I know that Id be immersing myself in Ayurveda Doctor training a few years later and falling in love again with Ayurveda yoga and all of the benefits of holistic medicine I believe that Ayurveda is the medicine of the people and should be available for everyone regardless of who you are where you come from what you believe or what your health or fitness level is Ayurveda is more than just illnesses and treatments - it is a simple and more natural way of life and I want to help you find out how to heal yourself in your own way and in your own time.
