I was a reluctant yogi I always thought I wasnt flexible/thin/strong/enough to do yoga… I didnt see myself fitting in That is until I met my first yoga teacher and she helped me focus on my practice and personal growth Since my practice has grown to be an important part of my life helping me navigate through lifes challenges I quickly discovered that yoga is accessible to everyone but what is special is when you find a studio to call home I found that in Perth ON I finished my -hour teacher training in and I am thrilled to be a part of this wonderful community of yogis and teachers I am currently in an -hour training to be a Certified Yoga Therapist I continue to teach private and group yoga in Perth ON and surrounding areas.
