Since 2018, I’ve been facilitating yoga sessions that prioritize accessibility, presence, and healing. Currently, I provide and lead trauma-sensitive yoga (TCTSY) sessions at Home Base, a nationally recognized nonprofit dedicated to supporting veterans, service members, and their families as they recover from the invisible wounds of war. My work is grounded in compassion and a deep respect for each individual's journey.
