She believes yoga helps us become our best selves. When we take the time to invest in ourselves, we show up better for others. Cristi believes in building a class atmosphere that's both challenging and fun, where all are welcomed, accepted, and celebrated. In her free time, Cristi enjoys continuously learning through reading, listening to podcasts, pursuing new experiences (she'll try anything once!), and building relationships. Cristi Burrill is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
