About
Preferring a book or a gardening trowel to “exercise” for most of my life, I was surprised to find after the first time I practiced yoga that it felt like an extension of who I've always been, while providing a balance that I had been searching for over the years.
It just fit. It helped strengthen and prepare me to better do all the things I've always enjoyed, gardening, hiking, biking, and even reading! I love discovering all that my body can do and experience through yoga that I never dreamed was possible. I became a teacher to share this delight with anyone who will come alongside me for the adventure.
