Crystal Gray is an E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
She completed her 200 Hour training at Global Yoga in Chicago, Illinois in 2006 and completed her RYT 500 at Moksha Yoga in Chicago, Illinois. She has since completed an additional 300 hour Somatic Embodiment yoga teacher training. Crystal Gray is a long-time yoga teacher and mentor who helps yoga teachers move from self-doubt to confidence through a more embodied, somatic approach to teaching. With over 20 years of experience teaching yoga and many years leading teacher trainings, retreats, and workshops, Crystal now focuses on continuing education that blends traditional yoga with somatic awareness and emotional healing. Her down-to-earth, authentic style helps teachers find their own voice while creating classes that feel safe, inclusive, and deeply connected. Crystal believes that when we teach from the body—rather than just the mind—we help students experience real transformation on and off the mat.
