My classes are where strength meets soul and playlists hit just right With certifications from The Rising Heart CorePower Yoga and NASM in Group Personal Training and Corrective Exercise I blend power precision and presence in every flow Oh and Im also a certified Black Belt in Hapkido yes I can kick over your head but Id rather help you into crow pose I dont just teach yoga I curate experiences From rooftop rituals to grunge flows kitten & puppy yoga to tequila-soaked sunsets I throw themed yoga events that turn movement into magic Creating community across Tampa Bay or vibing out at a pop-up I show up with heart humor and a whole lot of edge This isnt your standard studio life Its a velvet revolution Come for the movement stay for the magic💫.
