I was not an athletic child and didnt become interested in fitness until my teens I started lifting weights in hopes of becoming stronger and more confident I went on to become a Personal Trainer and even competed in several NPC Figure Competitions Yoga had always intrigued me and I had taken a few classes at the gym but didnt really have a serious practice In I moved from NC to VA The move was very difficult for me and it wasnt until I found the only yoga studio in town that I felt as though I belonged I began practicing regularly and took the plunge and enrolled in Yoga Teacher Training I think part of me will always be a “gym rat” but I love the way yoga brings me calmness and peace while still being strong Its all about the balance As a teacher I hope I can help others find their balance RYT Aerial Yoga Teacher Certification Yoga Nidra Reiki II Level Sound Healing Practitioner Personal Trainer.
