I completed my Yoga Teacher Training through Its All Yoga in Sacramento CA and soon after moved to Nacogdoches TX With a background in collegiate wellness education as well as transpersonal psychology my yoga teaching style is influenced by a desire to encourage holistic wellness My focus is on using the experience in the body as a means to develop presence mindfulness and unconditional positive regard among the students that attend my classes My highest priority is establishing a safe and nurturing environment in my classes to allow students to wholly explore themselves and their experience I am a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School RYS.
