About
Cynthia Harn is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Cindy has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 25 years, and is excited to share her passion with others. She strives to create a warm and inclusive environment, so students can experience the transformative benefits of yoga. A senior herself, she specializes in teaching yoga to those over 50 -- with an emphasis on enhancing mobility, balance, and strength. Since 2019, Cindy has studied yoga asana, pranayama, and philosophy with author and Chicago-based instructor Kali Om. She completed her 200-hour yoga certification through Kali Om and Satya Yoga in Chicago, IL, and is working toward additional certifications in restorative yoga and mindfulness meditation. Cindy also has an enduring dedication to nature and has spent the last 38 years working in environmental education bringing people and nature together.
