I have been praticing yoga for 20 years at least three times a week along with a steady home practice. I have earned my 200 hour and an additional 300 hour RYT with Tymi Howard at Guruv Yoga and with Kellie Adkins (The Wisdom Method) I am an e-500 RYT and as of 2018 earned my CIAYT, practicing as a Yoga Therapist. I offer Yoga Group - a unique blend of Mindful Yoga and Western Cognitive Behavioral techniques for clients with trauma and/or chronic pain. As part of my ongoing love for teaching, I remain an active yoga teacher at my studio - Guruv, teaching Hatha Yoga twice weekly and two hour Yin specialty classes. For the last two years I have been offering a Mindful Movement class at Guruv studio - open to all students, Mindul Movement is a yoga class incorporating somatic therapy, guided meditations, breath practices and yoga nidras. I also have offered yoga at the Safe House for women in my community. I also enjoy training and have provided multiple Mind/Body Seminars, brown bag luncheons and experiential workshops through Guruv Yoga and for many Corporations and private entities. I offer private sessions for individual, couples and small groups.
