Practicing yoga since 2010, she was influenced by the unexpected twists and turns in life to began a home practice focusing on managing stress and chronic illness, finding a deep passion for yoga. Cindy’s focus is on integrative practices, reaching beyond asana to promote overall health and inner peace, integrating elements from her areas of additional training including Thai Yoga Massage, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Reiki, iRest Yoga Nidra, and Myofascial Release. She believes the transformative joy and beauty inherent in a regular yoga practice is for everyone and everybody. Applying compassion and acceptance as the foundation, Cindy’s classes open doors in the heart and mind that otherwise might remain closed. She invites new and seasoned practitioners alike into a safe place; a place to explore the connection of body, breath, and mind, to seeks a new, focused lens and to reinvigorate the experience that is yoga.
