I chose to complete my hour teacher training online during the height of COVID in With staying home except for work the online option was perfect for me I have practiced yoga for over years and wanted to dive deeper into the asanas and take my yoga practice to the next level I love all types of yoga but find vinyasa AND restorative to be my favorites to practice As a teacher I enjoy getting back to the of the asanas- really enjoy seeing the students truly understand the anatomy of the poses Yoga lets me be me- every day and every practice is different.
