Hello Bright Lights Im Clarice Bowen a RYT with Yoga Alliance I currently teach at a lovely studio in Sulphur Springs Texas One Soul Yoga Studio is my home my refuge my constant peace in a world that swirls with big emotions and chaos Our studio offers Trauma informed yoga Traditional Yin and Hatha yoga Sound baths Tuning Fork Massage therapy Candlelight sessions Full Moon and New Moon Yoga Wellness retreats and so much more I am honored to be an instructor and member of One Soul Yoga Studio My journey in yoga has been ongoing since the s I have practiced yoga for a large part of my life Ive been on yoga retreats in several countries and all over the United States I became a yoga instructor just in the last few years because I felt it was my calling to share this wonderful modality with others my age and to continue to be mobile through my golden years as healthy active and enlightened Namaste.
