For the past 3.5 years, she has expanded her offerings to include sound healing using high vibrational instruments to support deep rest, energetic alignment, and inner clarity.Using the meditative sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, Tibetan bowls, and other high-vibrational instruments—paired with thoughtfully curated meditative music—Dana creates immersive soundscapes designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and invite profound inner stillness.Her sessions are rooted in a heart-centered, trauma-informed approach that honors the unique needs of each individual.
