Teaching since 2010, Dana leads traditional Hatha Yoga, Gentle Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga classes as well as private sessions throughout the Central Florida area. Her classes focus on proper alignment, complete awareness to the breath, and a sense of self-acceptance and joy at each and every moment.
