About
I began practicing yoga in 2010 and quickly discovered yoga was good for much more than flexibility and strength, it helped to reduce stress, cleared my mind and enabled me to see the world in a new light.
I proudly received my 200-hour certification in 2017 and earned my 500-hour certification in 2019 through Namah Shivaya Yoga in Dallas. Continuing my training, certifications include "Chair Yoga for Every Body", "Teaching Adaptive Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis", "Yoga 4 Cancer" and Yin Yoga with Devi Daly. I have been inspired by my teachers in ways unique to each of them, they have shared a sense of peace and knowledge and have encouraged me to deepen my practice and live with intention. My goal is to bring accessible and affordable small group yoga classes to the Quinlan, Greenville and surrounding communities. I love introducing new students to yoga, showing them how yoga can improve every aspect of their life! I hope students will see progress in their strength and flexibility both on and off the mat, as well as experience the inward, spiritual journey that yoga has to offer.
