As a result of her training as a Yoga teacher at the best Yoga teacher training schools in the world combined with all her extensive Dance experience around the country which also includes a background as a professional Lindy Hop Swing performer & teacher and as a Ballet dancer with prestigious companies along with a B.S.
Degree in Dance & Arts Administration, Dana understands the connection between the body & different movement styles as well as the mindsets of various people & levels. She teaches beginners as well as mixed level classes by offering modifications & instructions on how to use props and she is committed to the safety of students regarding injuries & different conditions. In her Yoga teaching, Dana emphasizes proper body alignment & care together with good technique; she educates people on how Yoga helps improve one's physical & mental states; she helps their approach to stress & competition; and she promotes healthy living by feeding one's body mind to also enrich their soul & better their life. Dana's a life-long active & athletic person and she's been a Vegetarian since her early teens. She additionally enjoys hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking & paddle boarding. Dana naturally enjoys sharing her Yoga knowledge with people in various communities & countries.
