Hello my name is Danette Lamee I am currently registered with Yoga Alliance as a E-RYT YACEP My love for yoga began when I was pregnant with my second child and on bed rest As an active person who loved fitness I longed for movement Yoga soothed my soul gave my growing belly space and settled my anxiousness Not long after my son was born I began my yoga training through Yoga Fit I am a former Army Wife of years and started serving the community with my yoga classes years later I am more in love with yoga and teaching than ever before I love to teach all forms of populations a more Vinyasa Based Class however my specialty includes Chair Yoga for Seniors or those with Mobility Issues and Christian Yoga Yoga is part of my life on and off the mat forever and always!.
