About
Yoga Teacher & forever student, Dani has been teaching her special blend of classes for many years - orginally inspired by her teacher Alyson Foreacre of Jacksonville's Yoga Den.
With an appreciation for the way music moves the soul and combining this with the freedom to explore this one-of-a-kind practice provides something different for each trip to the mat. Dani, born and raised in Germany, first began practicing yoga in 2008 when she still was an Aircrewman in the German Navy. Yoga helped her stay fit, flexible and gave a true sense of staying in the present moment. Yoga & Meditation helped her on deployment to get through being away, staying focused in challenging situations and healing the soul. After her 12 years of active duty as Navy Chief she began her journey from yoga student to yoga teacher in 2011 and is a 500hrERYT. Besides her journey to become a Yoga Teacher she studied Psychologies and worked as Personal Trainer. 2016 she graduated from school and got her certifications in holistic medicine. "I always liked all styles of yoga and as a self-proclaimed yoga junky I began to allow a mixed practice to connect the movement of body with breath and music." She believes that there is no right or wrong in Yoga just a SAFE or UNSAFE way of yoga. Aside from her love of yoga, Dani and her husband Tony are most proud of their two children Sjard, 6 & Arjen, 4. When she is not on the mat, she can be found with her kids between some Lego blocks and Monster Trucks. As a military family they love to travel the world and were stationed on different continents of this beautiful world.
