About
I believe the most powerful teachings come from the body’s own wisdom.
My journey with yoga began in 2005 and has carried me through life’s most tender seasons — recovery after two car accidents, fertility struggles, postpartum healing, and the quiet resilience of motherhood; and each step reminded me of spanda. For more than a decade, I built my career in the corporate world, developing skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery. During this time, I also discovered my passion for bringing wellness into professional spaces. One example was leading the Sensory Meditation Program at UBC Robson Square through the Healthy Workplace Initiatives Fund. From securing funding to designing sessions, creating toolkits, and facilitating meditations, I saw firsthand how small moments of calm could transform the workplace. The program was so impactful that the wellness room and Calm app access were extended beyond the pilot, leaving a lasting legacy for staff.More recently, maternity leave has been both a life transition and an inflection point. Becoming a mother gave me space to reflect on what truly energizes me: helping others restore balance, reduce stress, and reconnect with themselves. This realization inspired me to formally pursue advanced training in postnatal yoga and holistic wellness. As a teacher, I do not stand apart from my students. I walk alongside them, honouring each person’s unique rhythm and story. My mission is simple:🌿 Support women (especially postpartum mothers) in their healing and thriving.🌿 Create accessible, holistic programs rooted in yoga, meditation, and breathwork.🌿 Build a community where wellbeing is both practical and nurturing.I’m excited to continue this journey — blending structure and strategy with care and compassion — and to connect with others who share the vision of making wellness more accessible in every stage of life.
