Danielle deGregory Sweet discovered yoga in her mid-twenties at a local gym and instantly fell in love with it.
Once she attended her first yoga class at a studio, she knew she had found an integral piece to her life's puzzle. In 2010, Danielle earned her RYT 200 at The Lotus Pond Center for Yoga in Health and has been teaching ever since. Over the past three decades, Danielle attributes yoga to maintaining her excellent physical fitness and navigating a genetic chronic illness that emerged in her middle age with a healthy body and a serene mind. Danielle's passion lies in sharing the benefits of yoga, which led her to seize the opportunity to acquire Jai Dee Yoga & Wellness amidst the global pandemic in 2020. Danielle's practice centers around making yoga accessible to individuals of all levels. Through the integration of breath and asana, she creates an environment where every student can explore their mind, body, and spirit in the present moment.
