Yoga creates a wonderful sense of calm and is Danielle's foundation for living a balanced life.
After finding the mat, feelings of inadequacy turned to confidence and competitiveness shifted to compassion. She became a teacher in an effort to share the practice that she loves. In 2012 she received her 200-hour RYT certification with Robin Buck at Jane's House of Well-Being. In 2016 she received her 300-hour RYT certification with Matt & Holly Krepps of Circle Yoga Shala and Robin Buck at Jane's House of Well-Being. You will see Danielle at the studio often, she is the Assistant Director of the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program at Jane's House of Well-Being. You can also join Danielle for class multiple times a week at JH. She wants her classes to empower, but maintain a sense of playfulness. She believes the more space we create in our bodies the more openness we will have in our hearts and in our minds.
