About
Danielle has worked in the healthcare field for over 10+ years, and continues to work for healthcare organizations training providers, hospital administration, and clinical staff.
She started practicing yoga at various studios and instantaneously fell in love. Danielle received her 200 hour yoga teaching certification through Yoga Education Institute. Her education did not stop there, she continues to immerse herself in other trainings and books to learn as much as she can about the practice of yoga. Having an extensive background in healthcare, she has also been trained and holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from California State University Long Beach, CPR/AED/First Aid Certification and currently holds a Master’s of Science degree in HealthCare Administration. She has been trained in anatomy, physiology, range of motion exercises, and common anatomical injuries. Her approach to teaching yoga involves different philosophies, where the focus is on alignment of the body, breath, and mind while encouraging core strength in a vinyasa practice. “In my classes, I challenge my students to grow through meeting their physical edge with friendliness. I teach my students to practice listening to their bodies and encourage them to always move in a way that feels right and safe for them.”
