From the first moment I stepped onto the mat, I knew I was hooked.
My motivation initially was to find relief from back pain, but over time, I learned that there was so much more to this ancient practice: respite, breath work, mindfulness, peace, overall health and well being from head to toe, and community. I feel blessed to be able to share the practice of yoga with others. And my intention is to offer experiential group classes or private lessons that meet students right where they are... one breath at a time.
