I began my yoga journey under the tutelage of Sri Dharma Mittra NYC in I qualified as a Reiki master in through the Usui Shiko Ryoho lineage and went on to study my hr RYT training with Atmandanda Yoga studio in Soho in While living in New York I was fortunate to participated in workshops with Shiva Rae Baron Baptist Cyndi Lee Sharon Gannon Tias Little and the great Patabhi Jois to name a few I taught in the beautiful Atmananda studio and taught private classesWe moved from New York to Cork in I attained my diploma in teaching yoga to Kids from the Devon Natural Healthcare College under the tutelage of Louise Goldberg from Relaxationnownet saw the opening of my own studio The Yoga Stop a Studio in Douglas teaching Children Teenage & adults classes and then the close in due to our move to Dublin I’ve been busy teaching classes in Foxrock Pastoral centre Breathe Yoga Studio Blackrock The Yoga Village Dalkey Killiney castle & the beautiful Yoga Room in Ballsbridge – saw me completed hrs additional training at The yoga room and in May I received my hr RTY certification I learned so much from all the great teachers on faculty but am deeply grateful to Ciara Cronin Jodie Rufty Veronica Larsson Michael McCann and James Higgins Each teacher so inspiring and so dedicated to the practice they inspired and deeply lit my fire of passion for Yoga.
