Danielle started her yoga journey in after the birth of her daughter while really struggling with post-partum depression and mental illness Unlike so many new to yoga her journey had a rough beginning…and she almost quit the practice completely After moving to Calgary Alberta in Canada she took a risk and joined a hot studio there participating in a vinyasa practice; it changed everything She began to practice as often as she could discovering that there was so much more to yoga than just the asanas Learning under Lacey Smith and Chris Rurka at The Breathe Method she became a RYT- in December of She then took continuing education in Trauma Informed Trauma Sensitive Yoga followed by exploring Inversions and Arm Balances with Yogi Flight School After taking her -hour completion certification through Yogi Flight School led by Nathania Stambouli and Abigail Aller she became a RYT- and completed her Yin Certification through Abigail Aller Yoga in She is certified in the Yogi Flight Method created by Nathania Stambouli to teach arm balance and inversions and believes in fighting for your possibilities Her classes focus on curiosity dedication and joy; on discovering just what were capable of when we begin to trust ourselves She works to consistently be authentic to herself while remaining true to the roots of an ancient practice and fully believes that a yoga practice which begins on the mat can truly become a practice in life as well She wants every student to feel seen and is honored to practice with you.
