Danni Schaust

Danni believes her dharma or mission in life is to empower people and the environment, both on and off the yoga mat. She firmly believes that you are your own best yoga teacher and that she is merely here to guide you through the experience. Chronic stress, anxiety, and burnout brought Danni to her yoga mat, but her passion for community, spiritual growth, a great workout, and lifelong learning kept her coming back. Danni incorporates elements of pranayama and asana into every class she teaches and adores a good inversion (forearm-supported headstand is her favorite asana!). When you come to one of Danni’s classes, you can expect an authentic space for exploring the yoga practice guided by a killer playlist, pranayama, the occasional inversion, and intentional yogic & spiritual themes. Danni completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2021 at Myriad Yoga and is currently pursuing a Trauma-Sensitive Facilitation certification. Off the mat, Danni can be found hanging out with her husband and family, hiking, traveling, tending to her houseplants, geeking out about tarot and astrology, thrifting, or reading. She loves to travel anywhere and everywhere and can’t wait to guide you through a yoga class.
